Asks from the enquiry desk
A CRE needs a design for a customer (a mock-up, a logo placement, a box). Take it so they know someone is on it; answer it and the reply lands on their enquiry, word for word.
Incoming
A photo-shoot gate pass flashes here until you accept it — by quantity. Count the pieces; a short count is recorded, not hidden.
Shoot & checklists
One flow, its stages inside: received → shooting → channel items → done. Common items count for every channel; a channel's own items are exclusive to it. Tick as you finish; paste the link.
Return
Once the shoot is done the goods go back — editing does not need them. Raise the return here; the warehouse receives by number and re-tags.
Marketing work
Banners, A+ content, reels, posters — asked per category and channel. Take one from the queue, make it, paste the link and send it for review. Whoever asked approves it or sends it back with the change.
My tasks
