Listing — today
Every product from "we will sell this" to live on every channel. The flow forks once the SKU exists.
SKU creation
A MIRROR of the purchase dashboard's SKU creation view — same queue, same engine; whoever creates the SKU, it leaves both. A requirement for a NEW product waits here before it can be reviewed or turned into a PO. Vishal decides the family, the number is reserved, the template is built, checked and queued. When every line says "SKU created", the requirement goes back to the purchase dashboard as Submitted.
Master template
One screen, the stages inside it, the SKUs falling through. M2 is grouped by category: tick, fill once, apply to all. Generation runs one channel per five-minute round; audit approves or edits and it comes back.
Goods
The purchase and warehouse side of the same SKU: PO → arriving → arrived → GRN → out on the photo-shoot gate pass → with the department → return → back on the shelf. Independent of the master.
New master updates
Every product that has arrived, by lot and category. New SKUs get every attribute; old SKUs are checked. Everything is a dropdown, and it saves into the category's master by itself.
Progress
Every category, new and old, in one place. Open a category to work on it.
Masters migration
Step 0: choose which old SKUs continue. From there they go through exactly the steps of New master updates.
Photos
One category at a time: tell the system where the photos are, see what is really there, then confirm which photo is which. Nothing in anyone's folder is changed, and nothing is copied until the order is confirmed.
Ready to list
One row per SKU, one tick per check. A SKU with every tick is ready for the channel templates. Tap a cross to go to the step that fixes it.
Listing copy
The product name, descriptions and five bullet points of every SKU, one batch at a time. Read them beside the belt's details and its Uniware name, change any line, then approve the batch — only then is it written into the master. The channel files are made from this copy.
Channel files
Choose the channel, paste the SKUs you want a file for, and build it. Every field is filled from the master, by a stated rule, or reported missing — with the reason. The file and its audit land in TTH_Catalogue / 03_Channel_Files.
Live listings
The head auditor’s check of what is really live on each channel. Every Monday, download each channel's listing report and drop it in that channel's reports folder (link on each card). The auditor reads it within five minutes using each channel’s own rule for a live listing, compares it with the master, and writes every inactive or suppressed listing into that channel’s inactive sheet.
Master files
Every category and every file that belongs to it — the LIVE master the dashboards write into, your approved master or the template built from it, the listing team's old files, and the latest file made for each channel. Click to open. For Riddhi, Neelam and Vishal.
Master view
The master as it stands — every column, titles and bullets included. Managers can edit a SKU's attributes below; its copy is then rewritten. Only values a final audit confirmed reach it. A SKU is complete when every required field is filled and it has five photos; its listing copy is the next step. Channel files are created from here.
Image standards
The one benchmark every product photo will be checked against. Each line is what is proposed and where it comes from — confirm it, or write what is right. Nothing is enforced until it is confirmed.
Channels
READY on a channel = master approved + in-hand attributes + that channel's design checklist full. From READY the clock runs: max one day. In-hand attributes are typed here, once, when the goods are with you.
Guide
How Listing works: what happens when a new product comes in, where content and photos are saved, what runs by itself, and who does what.
Marketing work
Choose a category and tick what it needs on each channel — a website banner, Amazon A+ content, an Instagram reel, a store poster. Each tick goes to the design team's queue (on the Design dashboard); the finished work comes back here for review.
My tasks
What has been given to you, and what is waiting in your team's pool. Take a pool task and it is yours; Start it when you begin and press Done when it is finished. Anything past its due time is red.
